(2) 引导条件状语从句的从属连词：if, unless（除非）, as/so long as, in case（万一）

如：In case I forget, please remind me about it.

注意：条件状语从句和时间状语从句的谓语动词的时态，要用一般现在时代替将来时，用现在完成时代替将来完成时。

如：If you leave at 6:00 tomorrow morning, you’d better go to bed now.

(3) 引导目的状语从句的从属连词：so that, in order that, in case（以防）, for fear（以免）等。

 如：I shall write down your phone number, so that I can’t forget it.

(4) 引导结果状语从句的从属连词：so that, so ... that..., such ... that...

如：It is such an interesting novel that all of us want to read it.

(5) 引导原因状语从句的从属连词：because, as, since, now(that), considering(that), seeing(that)等。

如：I don’t want to go, because I am tired of any party.

(6) 引导让步状语从句的从属连词：though, although, even if, even though, while, however, whatever, whoever, wherever, no matter how等。

如：I will not trust you, although you told me the truth.

注意：“虽然……但是……”是汉语中常用的结构，但在英语中“虽然although/though”“但是but”两者不能并用，只可用其一。
