(9) 引导比较状语从句的从属连词：than, as...as... , not as/so...as ..., the same ... as...等。

如：Mary is as old as my sister.

(10) 引导名词性从句的从属连词：that, if, whether等。

如：He said that he didn’t want to go. （that无意义，不作句子成分）

She didn’t say if he was still alive. （if表示“是否”，但不作句子成分）
